We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This position requires someone with previous HR and/or recruiting experience.
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $60,000 annual salary

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years employment experience assisting executive management (CEO, VP, Director) and must have previous experience in HR and/or recruiting.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proven experience as a senior level executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including light accounting, calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, assisting with subcontractor interaction, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CEO, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events, meetings, and company functions as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes for both the CEO and construction initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency and success of the CEO.
