Helms Home Care is a home infusion agency that provides infusion nursing services to patients across multiple states. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to manage our phones from our satellite office in Louisville, KY. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a very fast-paced environment which often requires handling multiple phone calls in between filing/sorting documents, handling requests of customers, clients, coworkers, and others.
Primary duties include:
- Answering telephones and directing patients, doctors, and vendors to correct parties
- Pulling and correctly filing faxes
- Ordering and managing supplies as needed
- general filing and other miscellaneous office duties
Skills required are general office admin and clerical skills, computer skills, e.g. MS Office, web browser, and excellent customer relations.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours each week in our Louisville office.
- Candidates must be available for work during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm).
- Candidates must possess excellent phone and communication skills, basic computer skills and software knowledge, and a desire to serve behind the scenes to support our patients and clients.
