Success Criteria:

Three years or more of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.

Responsibilities in the Role:

Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post-vehicle teardown.
-
Ensure strict compliance with OEM repair procedures.
-
Facilitate seamless communication with the parts department to resolve any issues.

Work closely with production management to ensure timely repairs.
-
Hold meetings with external field adjusters to discuss and review repair plans.
-
Coordinate with fellow estimators on sublet work and agree on estimated completion dates.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
