HR Generalist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be knowledgeable in SHRM, HRCI, ADP Workforce Now, and other HR software and policies. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, training, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and onboarding. The candidate must have experience working in a manufacturing environment and be able to handle employee data management with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer payroll processes, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits deductions.

Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Utilize SHRM and HRCI knowledge to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Work with ADP Workforce Now to manage employee data, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.

Conduct recruitment efforts to attract top talent and support the hiring process.

Partner with managers to provide guidance and support in performance management and employee development.

Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

SHRM or hrci certification is preferred.

3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and other HR software.

Excellent knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Proven experience in payroll, benefits administration, training, and recruiting.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
