Blessing Company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Electrician to lead our Electrical Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems, with a focus on repair and replacement services. As the Master Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise, Leadership & Management:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and replacements, including but not limited to wiring, lighting, generators, circuit breakers, panels, outlets, and switches.
- Lead and manage the Electrical Department, including hiring, training, and supervising electricians and apprentices.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional growth.
- Project Oversight:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, develop work plans, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Customer Service:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed and accurate project estimates, proposals, and invoices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and timely service.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain necessary licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
