As a Property Care Specialist, you will be involved in the daily operations of our home maintenance company in the Orange County market. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all maintenance tasks and requests raised by our valued members are executed promptly and proficiently. The ideal candidate will reflect our commitment to our customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a skilled individual that can be a team player, prioritizes attention to detail, and acts with integrity.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed according to established schedules, and that work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Follows maintenance policies and procedures to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and request materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that all safety protocols are followed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in maintenance and repairs with apartments, single family homes, or in a construction environment

- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of home maintenance and repair procedures

- Proficient with technology- the ability to use a smartphone or laptop, utilizing different software for daily operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance work.
- This job may require some physical activity, such as lifting heavy equipment and climbing ladders. The successful candidate must be able to perform these tasks safely and without risk of injury. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period.
- Reach overhead and below the waist, occasionally push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25 - $27/hour
