BRUNCH COOK
Very busy café seeking an early morning brunch cook, to work between the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate (NO EXCEPTIONS) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience cooking in a busy kitchen. Working weekends is mandatory, though shifts are shared with other individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
-Preparing and maintaining a clean work space
-Preparing dough, meat, cheese, sauces, etc. for the next day’s work
-Making breakfast dishes, personal pizzas, paninis and salads
-Occasionally assist in cooking larger dishes for the staff and/or parties
*Must be willing to learn and take on other duties, as well as be able to take direction and work with others
