Office Assistant
Integrity Solutions US is a privately owned and operated company providing janitorial and related services in all 50 states located in Ronkonkoma, NY. We are a growing, fast- paced, looking for an Office Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the office. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office files. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with vendors, including vendor compliance, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greets customers/vendors in a friendly manner.
- Maintain office filing systems.
- Maintain vendor records in various states including, billing, insurance verification, etc.
- Entering vendor billing
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phones, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Support field operations team
- Proficiency in word and excel
- Must have familiarity with Quickbooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
