LOCATION: Manchester, TN
SALARY: $65,000 - 70,000 a year, plus commissions/bonuses

JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned
Production/Restoration crews for restoration after water, fire, mold disasters. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
- Oversee business processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs
- Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs)
- Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following production guidelines
- Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
- Train, manage, and recruit production personnel
- Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
- Strong Mitigation experience
- Must have Xactimate experience
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Restoration Management: 2 years (Required)
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience managing employees and setting schedules/workload
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
HOURS, and TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:·
Full-time position working 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week.
· This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed.
· Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
