Mid or High Rise property management experience strongly preferred.

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
Experience/Skills
- Seven – ten years progressive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and grounds maintenance in multi-family; commercial property maintenance a plus

Minimum of three years of progressive supervisory and training experience required; minimum of one year managing a large team

Successful track record of developing Maintenance Supervisors or Assistant Maintenance Supervisors in technical, leadership, professional and management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point; Yardi or Maintenance Software
- Minimum of three years of budget preparation and execution

Successful track record of managing risk and insurance incidents
Responsibilities:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
