Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing and E-commerce Content Manager to join our U.S. team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our AI wearable products, managing and optimizing product listings across multiple platforms, and increasing brand visibility to drive sales growth. You will work alongside a cross-functional team to execute brand-building and consumer-facing acquisition strategies, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and align with market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising, with a strong emphasis on Twitter and Discord.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for senior management, detailing campaign results and progress.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- E-commerce Content Management:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Alibaba International, TEMU, and the company website, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and search rankings on all platforms.
- Content Creation and Optimization:
- Develop high-quality product content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances customer engagement.
- Manage content creation and updates for the company's website and social media platforms, focusing on community management on Twitter and Discord.
- Inventory and Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels across all platforms to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand competitor products and pricing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance ROI.
- Customer Service and Feedback Management:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to product listings, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform content and product improvements.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Stay updated on platform policies and ensure compliance with Amazon, Alibaba, TEMU, and website rules and regulations.
- Adjust strategies as needed based on policy changes and updates.
- Promotional Campaigns and Marketing:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce content management, preferably with experience in managing Amazon, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Amazon Seller Central, Alibaba International, and website CMS.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: $3,558.49 - $4,285.50 per month
