**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, hospitality, and leadership, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. **Duties:** - Manage and supervise housekeeping staff in daily cleaning duties - Implement and maintain cleaning schedules to meet quality standards - Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques - Ensure inventory of cleaning supplies is maintained - Inspect rooms and common areas to guarantee cleanliness - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently **Requirements:** - Proven experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards - Ability to oversee laundry operations and ensure proper handling of linens - Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and tasks efficiently - Experience supervising staff in a hospitality setting is preferred
