DAILY DUTIES
- You will be seated at the front desk. Professionally greet visitors as you will be the first person our clients/customers will see when they walk through the door.
- Answer all phone calls & document/log call details into our software program.
- Address tenant/owner issues or questions adequately and timely.
- Open maintenance work orders, follow up daily and see them through to completion. Coordinating with owner approvals, tenants, vendors, contractors & maintenance supervisor.
- Working closely/report to our head of maintenance and office manager.
- Assist with processing lease applications and lease renewals.
- Coordinate scheduling of tenants, vendors & maintenance supervisor to ensure all appointment reminders & deadlines are met.
- Keep tenants informed on move out procedures.
- Ensure properties are rent ready for tenant move ins.
- Keep agent workstation(s)/copier, office supplies stocked & organized.
IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE
- Knowledge of Office 365, office management systems & procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills & the ability to prioritize work. Small details matter.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Prior property management experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills.
