Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet company sales and production goals, reporting on key metrics and trends.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing training, guidance, and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, building strong relationships with key clients and partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in stormwater or a construction related product.
- Proven influencing skills and closing abilities in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand P&L and profitable sales margins
