Our ideal candidate would have experience in a dental office setting and understand how to manage an office and present treatment plans to fill in and support our dental office managers as needed. Specialty experience is a plus. A working knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Dentical insurances is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage regional operations, including project management, sales, and business development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Monitor and analyze production/collection goals
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates, address concerns, and provide feedback.
- Prepare and present feedback and financial reports on regional performance to colleagues and upper management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a regional manager or similar role, with a track record of helping your territory of dental practices meet and exceed financial goals as well as stay within budget
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with other regional managers, upper management, and office staff.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive results.
- Ability to travel as needed in your territory
Compensation is based on experience and negotiable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
