Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional inbound support via phone and email to resolve customer issues
- Consult and educate our customers to provide value and resolve their business needs
- Ensure task completion and performance goals
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
Required Qualifications
- Active listener with an eagerness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and a high-energy personality
- Basic MS Windows, Excel, Word skillsets
