```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision. - Manage inventory control to ensure products are stocked and restocked appropriately. - Implement strategies to drive store sales and meet sales goals. - Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service. - Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth. - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. - Develop and implement store policies and procedures to maintain efficiency. - Collaborate with store management on budgeting and financial planning. ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in retail sales or store management. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team. - Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising techniques. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
