JOB TITLE: Customer Support Representative (Commercial A/R)
JOB LOCATION: Houston, Texas
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Commercial A/R Customer Support Representative position is responsible for communicating with existing customers and prospective customers over the phone, by email, and in-person. The CSR ensures that all customers have a positive experience. The CSR is responsible for performing point of sale transactions, and daily clerical activities as directed by the Office Manager. A person that successfully performs this position will be considered for additional responsibilities. The ideal candidate would have several years of experience in Customer Service dealing business-to-business transactions.
RESPONSIBILITES: The Customer Support Representative shall be able to perform the following:
- Effectively communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Resolve customer inquiries
- New account set-up for commercial propane service
- Complete propane transactions and sales of showroom inventory
- Create work orders and invoices
- Perform daily reporting tasks including: balancing POS and posting tickets
- Monitor accounts receivable for past due invoices and contacting customers
- Manage inventory
- Open office daily
- Maintain a customer service first mentality

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates for the position shall meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of Sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
