We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, licensed and highly trained LPC or LMFT to join our specialty staff in the treatment of mental health disorders. The right candidate will be well-versed in the mental, behavioral and physical aspects of addiction disorders and will have by experience working with adolescents, adults and seniors. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Document all client interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings to enhance professional development and ensure quality of care
Qualifications:
- LPC or LMFT
- Experience in providing therapy to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
