Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs
- Offer product recommendations and provide detailed information about various products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics, jewelry, or technical sales, is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Familiarity with retail math to calculate discounts, taxes, and change accurately
