Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented and patient-centric individual to oversee our front desk and treatment coordinating roles. This is a brand new office, we need someone who is flexible and willing to help where needed.
Responsibilities will include
- Managing the front desk area, including greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Taking pt records, including photos and intraoral scans.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients.
- Handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Submitting insurance claims and verifying benefits.
- Adhering to regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Previous experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person.
