Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Individual to join our team as our office and financial manager. We are a mid-size law firm with 15 attorneys in the Charlotte, Asheville and Triangle areas of NC. This position is based in Charlotte. but supports all locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, preferably within a law firm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Overall administrative management of the law firm
- Hands on recording of all financial data and reporting
- Upkeep of office facilities, repairs and maintenance
- Attorney administrative support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a law office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Pro Desktop
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of legal research methods
