We have an opening for a Customer Care Representative in Southeastern WI. The Customer Care role provides support to both internal and external customers via appropriate communication means in a timely fashion. This role works with all Revere Electric departments, including Sales personnel, to provide a total solution to customer inquiries.

What you will do:

Establishes and maintains customer relationships. Learns and evaluates customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.

Proactively communicates with customers regarding all aspects of order management, including but not limited to pricing, availability, delivery, expediting, and proactive order maintenance.

Pursues product applications utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialists or other internal resources, vendor representatives, and other available sources.

Utilizes Conexiom, WOE, and EDI for order processing.

Customer Portal responsibilities for bid and order entry.

Utilize vendor portals and websites to provide accurate/timely information to customers.

Complete Rockwell, MVP and NAED training

Build relationships with vendors to better offer a solution to our customers.

Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs.

Ability to work in a strong team environment while maintaining strong personal work levels
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma: some college preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Good organizational and time management skills.
-
Good oral and written communication skills.
-
Working knowledge of customer service best practices.
-
Minimum of one year customer service experience.
