full-We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development. In the office on Mondays and then, after 30 days, work from home or the office for another day that fits your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- - Support project coordination by organizing files, documents, and data
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
Skills:
- proficiency with Spanish
