Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our dynamic office. We are seeking a professional individual with excellent organizational skills and a friendly demeanor to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Transcribe documents and maintain records
- Support office management with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with personal assistant duties or project coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of event planning procedures is beneficial
