Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
- Identify client needs and qualify prospects.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointment attendance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
- Communicate the value of company services effectively to potential clients.
- Perform administrative duties to support the sales team.
- Attend weekly meetings.
