Laurelmead, a premier retirement community with high-end dining, has an opening for an experienced line cook. Candidates must have experience with cooking breakfast, café fare, and salad/dessert preparation; a passion for cooking, with a strong culinary knowledge; the ability to multi-task, prepare and cook quality food consistently while following standardized recipes; maturity; and being a team player.
This position supports the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and handling, sanitation, recipes, and portion control.
