This role is crucial in overseeing daily programming operations and ensuring that our equine-assisted services are exceptional, safe, and impactful.
A Day in the Life:
As the Site Manager at Agape North, your day begins with a check-in on our beloved horses, ensuring they are healthy, happy, and ready for the day's activities. You'll then lead a dynamic team of instructors, coordinating and overseeing therapeutic riding sessions, horsemanship classes, and related activities. Your day will be a blend of hands-on involvement with participants and behind-the-scenes management, including planning and implementing programs, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring our facility is organized and welcoming. Collaboration is keyyou'll work closely with the Program Director, other site managers, and community partners to continually enhance our services. By the end of the day, you'll have made a tangible difference in the lives of our participants, volunteers, and equine companions.

- You have a background in equine science, teaching, social work, or a related field.
- You hold a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor status and have significant experience working with horses, OR are willing to obtain this certification within a reasonable timeframe once hired.
- You excel in managing multiple projects and staff, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- You are tech-savvy, proficient in web-based systems such as Google Workspace and Salesforce.
- You thrive in a leadership role, capable of inspiring and guiding a team to deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable programs.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible, ready to handle the unexpected needs of visitors and participants.
