As a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist, your pivotal role involves facilitating the swift onboarding and credentialing of Physical and Occupational Therapists seeking to provide patient care within our community. Your responsibilities will encompass direct interaction with therapists, overseeing a seamless and expeditious journey from the initial employment phase to the conclusion of their tenure. Within our team, we maintain a commitment to our work's importance while fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in our office.
Human Resources Onboarding Specialist Core Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for therapists in onboarding, during employment for credentialing updates and addressing employment concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date therapist documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consistently conduct outreach and follow up for therapists missing required documents.
- Cultivate positive, professional relationships with therapists and team members
- Respond swiftly to urgent situations, coordinating immediate solutions as needed.
- Provide relevant and quick updates as needed to leadership.
Human Resources Onboarding Specialist Core Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in as a HR Specialist/Onboarding preferred
- Previous experience in home care not required
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word/Excel
- Technology adaptability to learn scheduling and training software
- Remain professional and composed under pressure
- Detail Oriented
- Expert time management & multi-tasking skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
