Molihua Restaurant,
The Boon Group, a culinary restaurant group led by Michelin-Starred Chef Ho Chee Boon, have introduced their newest dining concept at the Blossom Hotel in Houston, Texas. Molihua, meaning ‘Jasmine’ in Chinese, is an elevated Asian dining experience serving Japanese and Cantonese cuisine in a stunning space on the second floor of this luxury hotel. Chef Ho will oversee the restaurant operations with acclaimed Chef Hideki Hiwatashi, both Michelin starred chefs. The innovative menu will feature authentic dishes paired with unique flavor profiles made with only the best ingredients.
Molihua Restaurant is looking for an experienced and energetic staff to fill all Front of the House Positions - servers, bartenders, host, food runners, bussers. The ideal candidates are looking to grow with an evolving group and are eager to support a positive and friendly service team. Applicants should exude passion, positivity, leadership traits, and a desire to exemplify a professional business standard.

- Have at least 2 years of fine dining restaurant experience;

- Have a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as well as Holidays
