Who You Are:
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented person. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record in sales. You have experience in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our digital marketing services group which includes SEO, social media marketing and content marketing.
You have the ability to speak professionally with a variety of individuals to educate them in swimming pool maintenance and service. You understand how to translate technical jargon into simple, easy to understand concepts resulting in increased sales.
What You Will Do:
· Lead Generation – identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach and other sales strategies.
· Prospect Qualification – evaluate potential customers, understand their needs and close the sale.
· Sales Presentations – effectively describe to prospective customers how Gold Medal can provide cutting edge technology with a personal touch to ensure their pool is ready when they want to swim.
· Pipeline Management – develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline ensuring timely follow up and consistent progress towards sales goals.
· Customer Relationship Management – build and maintain strong relationships with new customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
· Sales Reporting – Track and report on sales activities, progress and results for management.
· Collaboration – Work closely with operations to ensure sufficient capacity for upcoming sales.
· Market Feedback – Provide feedback to management and operations on customer feedback and product perception.

What You Must Have:
· High School Diploma, GED or 3 years’ work experience, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
· Strong understanding of social media and Google.
· Must have strong organizational skills to manage large amount of detail.
· Must have the ability to plan out tasks proactively.
· Must have strong communication skills with many levels of business associates and customers.
· Should understand the Maintenance/Service process.
· Self-motivated, self-starter.
· Ability to use basic office equipment – phone, computer, copier.
· Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
