Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties to maintain order and sanitary conditions in an institutional kitchen.
Operates dish machine, sweeps floors, uses floor scrubber, push tray carts, cleans pots and pans, cleans equipment take out garbage.
Abilities required:
Ability to push and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work along with others.
Full Time position (40 hours) a week
10:30 am - 7:00 pm shift
