Job Description: Are you passionate about helping others? As an Automotive Sales Associate at Cars & Beyond, you will assist customers in finding a vehicle that fits their preferences and budget. Your role is crucial in guiding them through the car buying process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist customers upon arrival.
- Understand and explain financing options to customers.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and highlight features.
- Address post-sale concerns and conduct follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Complete sales contracts and necessary paperwork.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships.
- Develop marketing/sales strategies to attract more traffic.
- Take pictures and videos of vehicles for online listings.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot.
- Accurately log all prospects in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with test drives, including vehicle prep and reporting issues.
- Ensure tags and title paperwork are completed promptly.
Additional Responsibilities: Employees may be required to take on additional responsibilities as the organization's needs evolve.
Requirements:
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer software for inventory tracking and sales management.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and adaptable to change.
