The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute impactful communication campaigns that will drive awareness and revenue for the organization. This role will be responsible for the social media strategy to drive audience growth and engagement. This individual will be required to readily translate feedback from multiple stakeholders into an effective marketing experience and demonstrate the ability to manage projects and improve their workflows.

Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage social media, reviews, and email marketing.
- Manage inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Director and SVP of Family Service and Marketing to develop initiatives to manage client relationships and community building strategies.
- Help to form omnichannel strategies for promotion, sales, and revenue growth.
- Develop and support marketing initiatives with sales teams and third-party partners.
- Develop and manage assets needed to successfully market products and brands across multiple channels.
- Manage advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with and help manage external marketing teams including social, email, ad-buying, designers, video, etc.
- Collaborate with sales teams on marketing materials and campaigns.
- Continually test and improve marketing strategies through data analysis, and identification and action on trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Manage brand amplification strategies.
- Track and steward marketing expenses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
- English/Spanish Bilingual
- Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads is a plus.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and vendors, and work on timelines.
- Able to think creatively and communicate ideas to designers, copyrighters, and others.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong analytical skills.
- Adept at time management.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.
- Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and flexible.
- Must possess strong work ethic, as well as cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Must be able to be entrusted with confidential information.
- Proficient using various programs including Microsoft Office and the ability to effectively work on spreadsheets, word processing, networking, and e-mail programs.
- Experience with Adobe, Search and Display ad platforms, Email platforms, CRM, Adobe Creative Apps, and other software is preferred.
- Ability to attend team meetings in a shared office space.
Education, License, and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (CRM)
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
