We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Mandarin.
**Duties:**
- Communicate with Insurance companies
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate projects and events as required
- Transcribe documents accurately
- Utilize office computer systems for various tasks
**Skills:**
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in auto industry is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with office procedures and protocols
- Comfortable using computerized systems
- Capable of coordinating projects effectively
- Knowledge of event planning processes
