POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This position will primarily focus on providing analysis and insights regarding opportunities and trends to help support business initiatives of our Retail business. The individual must adapt well to quickly changing environments and collaborate effectively with other team members by sharing discoveries related to process improvements and new opportunities. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support data-driven decisions to maximize Burn Retail’s profitability while balancing the profitability of our Franchise Partners and customer satisfaction

Own all Burn Retail areas for insights (activewear, nutrition, equipment), proactively looking for insights that solve key challenges

Present data in a clear and meaningful fashion to team members, HQ decision-makers, and Franchise Partners

Properly match timing of revenue and product costs to accurately determine margins

Forecast quarterly inventory levels and cash flow needs

Prepare annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly enterprise reporting

Analyze financial statements and integrate insights from multiple projects to make recommendations to grow and improve the business

Collaborate with our franchise operations team to analyze point-of-sale data and determine best practices for our Franchise Partners in regard to purchasing inventory and improving sales/margins

Analyze financial results of franchise locations for opportunities, benchmarks, and best practices

Ad hoc reporting and information requests as needed

Assist the Finance Team in reporting design and process improvement initiatives
