Total Restaurant Supply is a reputable, family-owned company with a long-standing history of providing high-quality restaurant supplies, parts, and kitchen equipment for over 20 years. We also offer a range of equipment used in restaurants, bars, and hotels.
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through business development, account management, and market analysis. Previous commercial kitchen equipment sales experience is required.
SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
- Provide technical sales support to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong background in business development and account management
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Experience in outside sales and technical sales is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships

COMPENSATION: We're offering a $40,000 base salary plus a generous commission on all sales, with additional perks, including car allowance, fuel reimbursement, and travel expenses. The earning potential is uncapped and based on sales executive's drive to pursue leads and close deals. This is a new untapped market and a great opportunity for the right candidate!
TRAVEL DEMAND: This is set by the sales executive and senior management team. Overnight travel may be needed but will be reasonable.
