Plater
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Plate desserts
- Ensure quality and appearance of each plate
- Communicate with managers and servers to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift trays of food or beverages
