Lundy Law is currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager. The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will be responsible for managing, organizing, and reviewing pre-litigation cases in preparation for demand. This role requires independent work as well as teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with minimal guidance and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.

The Breakdown-
Manage, organize, and review up to 80+ pre-litigation cases in preparation for demand.

Keep files up to date, including bills, liens, medical providers, and more.

Regularly contact clients to confirm and obtain updated facts about their case, treatment, and injuries.

Communicate with insurance companies to file claims and verify coverage.

Schedule PIP statements, PIP applications, and attempt to obtain limits.

Establish and maintain relationships with doctors' offices regarding client treatment.

Request bills and records from medical providers.

Review clients' medical and police reports regarding their case.

Assist clients with loans, property damage, and lost wages.

Prepare files for settlement.

Skills And Qualifications-
This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Philadelphia office.

Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of prior experience in a legal setting or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in computer usage, including proficiency with case management software and word processing.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational aptitude and the capability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
