JOB SUMMARY:
Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. is a mobility solutions provider. Our solution integrates evidence-based best practices in high-risk Hospital Acquired Pressure Injury (HAPI), patient falls and Safe Patient Handling and Mobility (SPHM) activities. We work alongside each facility to create a customized solution that meets the needs of clinician and patient populations. Our Mobility Technicians are able to capture leading, lagging and real-time indicators through the Atlas Mobility Cloud Software as well as our hardware technology in development to guide and supply evidence to hospital leadership for decisions that impact complications due to immobility.
In order to further our impact in the healthcare industry, Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. has also begun our journey in the medical device space. Our product will help the caregivers with the monitoring and tracking of industry-recommended patient turns and positions to assist with preventing hospital acquired pressure injuries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies. test plan and test cases to assess feature quality.
- Manage and track test-cases, test results, responsible documenting issues in defect tracking system.
- Capture and communicate the results of testing accurately and clearly; participate in defect triage meetings
- Supports the Quality Manager in maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS, to include training of personnel.
- Compile change management, CAPA and complaint related KPIs including statistical analysis and periodic reports.
- Support other departments in processing change requests, CAPA and complaints.
- Responsible for document control, tracking document version and approvals from the process owners.
- Supports or leads all areas of risk analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective and preventative actions
- Lead & resolve potential test gaps, regression & correlation issues
- Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.
- Strong programming skills for writing, debugging and optimizing test programs
- Assist in carrying out safe and downtime-proof software releases
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against fast paced schedules and provide quality oversight for an Agile development team
- Work with the development team to enhance the feature deployment pipeline and ensure security and high up-time of the application. Define and implement testing standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices
- Aid team members in producing tests that focus on user needs
- Ensure all technology practices are in compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA
- Oversee research and collaborations with internal and external players
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in either computer science/engineering, a quantitative domain like math/stats/physics, or economics)
- 2-4 years experience in QA
- Must have experience in all the phases of software development life cycle, with strong working experience in agile methodology to improve the product quality, reliability, and user satisfaction
- Must be familiar with device testing preferably iOs devices(iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad)etc.
- Familiar with a test management system for bug tracking and test execution reports
- Some experience and ability to work within an Agile framework, using testing tools (eg Microsoft Azure DevOps)
- Hands on experience with Mobile App automation tools
- Familiarity with automated tests for web & mobile applications
- Experience testing database scripts and artifacts
- Experience in the healthcare compliance space such as HIPAA
- Experience working with native mobile applications (iOS), utilizing Apple development tools, and web development
- Strong background in developer testing, preferably from a TDD or BDD perspective; automated QA experience a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of engineers/staff
- Be a good team player and individual contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible on the schedule
- Ability to sit at a workstation operating a device for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 20 lbs

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
