As an Closing Coordinator you'll coordinate closing tasks and serve as the single point of contact for all associated parties, including Title Firms, Closing Attorneys and their Paralegals, Listing and Buyer's Agents, and the homeowners we serve every day. You'll be responsible for tasks such as title review, digital filing, document auditing & analysis, and an array of other closing responsibilities that you might expect in technology-driven office environment. As a result, this is a position meant exclusively for exceptionally intelligent, people-focused, career-oriented individuals who love to learn and are driven to succeed, while being able to problem-solve using common sense in ever-evolving, often complex situations.
Requirements:
- College Degree in a related field of study, or comparable work experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in the professional world with exceptional math, computer, and communications skills.
- Paralegal Certification HIGHLY Preferred, but may not be required for the right person
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all parties understand the rules of the transaction, and ensure that everyone accomplishes tasks on schedule as required by those rules
- Perform well in a fast paced, high tech office environment.
- Hit the ground running with outstanding communication, and moderate to advanced comprehension of technology and computer skills.
- Be able to explain the terms of the contracts and the associated bank approvals, to ensure the complete understanding of everyone involved.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
