Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Assist in the setup and configuration of systems, software, and equipment
- Document all technical inquiries and solutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain knowledge of current technology and industry trends
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with VPNs and Firewalls
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems
- Knowledge of various operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot software-related issues
- Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role
