Infosys is seeking a
Amazon connect Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located with in United states of America.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Amazon connect experience is required
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of Software Development Experience in Contact Center transformation projects.
Hands on development experience in Amazon Connect. contact flow and skill-based routing IVR application.
Experience with Python, REST API, Lambda, Dynamodb, Cloudwatch,S3, Cloudformation, Lex
Good working knowledge in one of the Cloud Contact center platforms e.g. Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud or NICE CXOne
Experience with IVR development, Agent skill setup and Routing Queues
Understanding of AWS Cloud or Cloud platform being used to host Cloud CC platform
Hands on Experience on Integration with Enterprise systems using REST API
Working knowledge of Source code repo, Continuous Integration
Ability to interact and co-ordinate with cross functional teams
Good knowledge of SDLC process and Agile methodologies
Hands on experience in Requirement Analysis and Impact Analysis
Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, states, estimated annual compensation will be $73000 to 102,200
