The Direct Support Professional first and foremost ensures that all supervision requirements are met for their persons served, in accordance with each individual IAPP.
Generally, the Direct Support Professional works with a variety of clients, during evenings, and every other weekend. They assist clients with their daily routines, implement individual program plans, document client progress, and respond to meet service needs, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the clients. DSP's perform all job duties in accordance with established policies and procedures contained in the Policy and Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook.

Hours- 7 on 7 off 4p-11p weekdays, e/o Saturday, Sunday 7a-11p
