Pay: $24 per hour
2nd Shift Hours: 3:30 PM - 12 AM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturday. We ask that candidates who apply be available to train on 1st shift hours.
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for distributing and coordinating work for their assigned area and following up with employees to ensure the assigned workload is completed. This position will require you to work on the floor and perform office/admin duties. Additional daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assists employees with work-related questions and problems, providing guidance and showcasing problem-solving abilities when issues arise.
- Facilitates training to ensure team members understand and utilize established processes and practices.
- Provides updates to supervisor or manager on department progress.
- Utilize various warehouse management programs.

Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of related experience including experience operating a sit-down clamp lift.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, computer (Microsoft Office), problem-solving, math, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to plan, assign, and direct work and to be trained and work in all areas of the warehouse (receiving, warehouse, shipping, and promotional assembly).
