Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate office or department
- Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting information into computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to clients or visitors who come into the office
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills:
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
