Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in a Family Entertainment Center setting. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Train new employees on store policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Previous experience in FEC, preferably in a grocery store environment
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a clerk or cashier in a FEC setting
- Familiarity with recruiting processes for FEC positions

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
