Compensation Rundown:
- Potential annual compensation: $49,900 - $79,750 (compensation based on experience, compensation model and billed hours)
- Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
- Hourly options come with GUARANTEED hours and a potential monthly bonus (up to $9,000/year)

Here's what you'll need for the role:
- Associate of Science or Arts from an Accredited OTA program
- Current DORA License in the state of CO or eligible to obtain
- NBCOT certification required
As a COTA at Woven Care, you will:
- Personalized Client Care: Deliver individualized care to each client on your caseload by implementing Plans of Care, updating goals, and ensuring a tailored approach for optimal results.
- Creative Treatment Sessions: Design unique and enjoyable treatment sessions that captivate and motivate clients.
- Effective Home Programming: Implement home programs and coordinate with caregivers after each session to reinforce progress.
- Accurate Documentation: Document daily treatment sessions and bill within guidelines, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Authorization Management: Monitor authorization status to maintain uninterrupted care.
- Supervised Progress Updates: Collaborate with your supervising OTR, updating progress notes as needed and conducting family meetings to communicate progress and set new goals.
- Scheduled Re-evaluations: Coordinate re-evaluations and goal updates every 6 months with the OTR and family for continuous improvement.
- Seamless Communication: Facilitate open communication with team members (COTA, OTR, SLP, PT, Administration, and Leadership) to ensure cohesive care.
- Mentorship and Learning: Observe senior therapists and apply their expertise to your treatment sessions for ongoing improvement.
- Active Participation: Attend scheduled OT meetings, contributing case studies, activity analyses, article reviews, or other requested information to support learning objectives.
