Job Overview:
This strategic leader will shape our talent programs, ensuring new hires and incumbents are integrated into our culture and equipped to deliver outstanding service to LPL clients. They will partner with HR and the Service leadership team to design and implement development solutions to support career pathing. The Vice President of Talent Development & Onboarding will drive the end-to-end onboarding journey, responsible for creating a compelling marketing strategy to increase brand awareness in new markets conveying LPL’s winning culture and values, and implementing onboarding processes that are both efficient and engaging ensuring all Service employees are seamlessly integrated and positioned for success from day one. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for evolving hiring and onboarding needs to communicate and troubleshoot changes with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative onboarding and development programs for the Service team.

Partner with HR/Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, L&D and the Service team to create a comprehensive onboarding and development program that aligns with career pathing and organizational goals.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and key business partners to reimagine hiring events incorporating an interactive and engaging candidate experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling strategy and event promotions that drives awareness of the LPL brand in both new and existing markets that reflect our company’s culture and attract top talent.

Partner with the University Recruiting team to create the marketing strategy to build brand awareness in new locations, build relationships with local colleges through job fairs and community organizations to expand the reach and impact of hiring events.

Collect and analyze data from hiring events to identify trends, optimize processes and improve future events, and establish a system to gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance the effectiveness of hiring events.

Collaborate with HR and the Service leadership team to design a career development framework for the Service organization.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and new technologies in career development to continually improve the program offering.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience displaying deep experience leading large-scale recruitment and onboarding efforts and creating talent pipelines.

10+ years of experience designing process to create an effective and engaging hiring and onboarding experience.

A demonstrated history operating as a forward-thinking leader with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in HR and talent management.

Pay Range:
$128,400-$192,600/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
