We're seeking an Accounts Payable Admin with proficiency in QuickBooks! This role involves overseeing the Accounts Payable process, maintaining financial records, and offering administrative support. Overview:
- Contract with the opportunity for long-term employment
- $25.00-27.00 per hour
- Part-time – 20-25 hours per week
- On-site – Plymouth, MN
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, including receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely payments of invoices while adhering to payment terms and company policies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation, utilizing QuickBooks Online for efficient bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports summarizing AP activities and aging of payables.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, contributing to a smooth operation of financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in using QuickBooks Online for managing accounts payable, including entering invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Familiarity with standard accounts payable procedures, such as invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software to maintain detailed financial records, perform data analysis, and create reports.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing invoices and expense reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team when necessary.
